Rehabilitation can be the most important part of a patient’s recovery. Strengthening weakened or dysfunctional areas can help prevent a return of symptoms, or get patients back to their regular activities of daily living faster. There are numerous exercises and approaches to recovery, which can make it difficult for patients to find proper advice on their own.
At Coach Hill Chiropractic, we offer rehabilitation sessions with our certified personal trainer free of charge. Jarrod Dyck (CSEP-CPT) offers twenty minute, one on one sessions to all of our patients. Based on the patient’s diagnosis and ability, Jarrod creates a personalized exercise prescription, and then goes over the exercises to ensure that patients are performing the movements correctly. Repeated sessions are encouraged when necessary.
In cases where the complimentary rehabilitation session is not enough one on one time, Jarrod offers 60 minute sessions for a fee.
